Half of England team returned to the pavilion on 98 runs against Pakistan.

England’s first wicket fell on 56 runs when Zac Crawley was dismissed for 29 runs, dismissed by Noman Ali.

England second wicket fell at 70 runs when Ollie Pope was dismissed by Sajid Khan for 3 runs. The third wicket fell at 80 runs, with Joe Root caught by Sajid Khan for 5 runs.

England fourth and fifth wickets fell for 98, as Ben Duckett returned for 52 and Harry Brooke for 5.

On behalf of Pakistan, Sajid Khan dismissed 3 players and Nauman Ali 2 players.

England won the toss and elected to bat first:

In the Test match being played in Rawalpindi, England has won the toss and decided to bat against Pakistan.

During the toss, national team captain Shan Masood remarked that the toss doesn’t always go as planned, but the team must focus on playing good cricket.

Shaun Masood says we are prepared and will play accordingly, playing against England is a good experience.

Pakistan Playing XI

Saeem Ayub, Abdullah Shafiq, captain Shan Masood, Kamran Ghulam and Saud Shakeel are included in the playing eleven for the third test match.

Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Ali Agha, Aamir Jamal, Nauman Ali, Zahid Mehmood and Sajid Khan are also part of the team.

England Playing XI

The English team has made 2 changes for the Rawalpindi Test.

Zach Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Harry Brook, captain Ben Stokes and Jimmy Smith are part of the playing XI.

Fast bowler Gus Atkinson is back in the playing XI while Rehan Ahmed, Jake Leach and Shoaib Bashir are included in the squad as specialist spinners.

It should be noted that the first test of the series played in Multan was in the name of England, while the second test was won by Pakistan.
