Cricket Australia Conduct Commission has now re-examined and lifted the ban after 6-and-a-half years.

It should be noted that David Warner has retired from international cricket, but he is active in league cricket and will now be able to become a captain.

Cricket Australia has said that David Warner met all the criteria for the three-member panel to unanimously lift the ban.

Warner made his debut in 2009 and quickly established himself as a key player in the team. He was born on October 27, 1986 (age 37 years) in Paddington, Australia.

Warner has faced some challenges, such as a ban following the ball-tampering scandal in 2018, but he returned strong and continues to be a key figure in Australian cricket.
